Weight Loss
My weight has been a lifelong struggle for me. At the age of 16 I developed an eating disorder and dropped to 83 pounds; a few years later, after recovering, I saw the full toll I had taken on my metabolism when the scale hit 163 pounds. With my husband's help I started dieting and doing cardio; a year or so after getting back to a healthy weight, I fell in love with lifting.
Here are a couple of pictures of my 'weight loss journey':

Diet Philosophy
I follow an intermittent fasting eating plan called LeanGains. This means I wake up, go to work, don't eat all day at work, then eat at about 5:30-6pm, train, and eat 2 more times before bed. I eat 1g of protein per pound of body weight year-round, and I try to get that protein from a variety of sources without relying on protein power.
