My birthday was last week! =) I had a wonderful cookies and cream cupcake from Whole Foods to celebrate. And in spite of this little off-diet indulgence, I'm still leaning out:

Keep in mind these are not max-effort sets! There's a lot to be said for leaving a couple of reps in the tank.)
2-second pause ass-to-grass squats (pause for 2 full seconds at the bottom of the movement - this makes it much harder): 135x4, 125x4, 125x4, 125x4
Squatting ATG is much harder now that I've been focusing on the powerlifting ROM - which is about 2" below parallel.
Rack pulls from knee: 250x3, 235x3, 235x3
Back extensions: 3x12 holding 35# dumbbell
GHR sit-ups: 3x10
